Stiff and difficult to recline. Foot rise is lower than seat level. Wouldn't purchase again. Fabric is lovely.

because you need to really push back on the arm rear to recline, it will damage the arm rests in time. the foot rest doesn't go up to a comfortable leg resting position.

Not comfortable at all. It’s like sitting on chair not in it

This chair is made for a short person. I am a 5’10” woman and my knees are about 6 inches past the seat. Can I return and how do I do that I would like to exchange for something with a deeper seat and similar price.

Had a lot of hopes for this one but after 3 days with it, I didnt want to sit in it. First impressions were the fabric is pretty soft and the grey color was sharp. It looks comfy in the site photos and assembled, but when you actually get in it, it’s a different story. I found the seat cushion VERY firm and its not removable. I bought this because of its dimensions since it had to fit a small space, and I was keen on trying to get a tall seatback since I’m 6’3” and wanted some neck support. This was the tallest I could find in this price point. Since the seat cushion is so firm, the back of my head did not touch the top of the chair in a comfortable way, which is what I was hoping to avoid. After an hour of sitting, you can feel the comfort disappearing. As is, if I want to watch TV I would have to put a pillow behind my head. I also found the reclining mechanism somewhat wobbly and jerky and not as smooth as what I would have expected. You can either sit up straight or fully recline. There is no set stop at either half or 34 of the way, which is not the best for a recliner. Overall for a sub-300 chair, it’s decent if youre short to medium in height. Returns arent free either, so decide carefully. Gave it 2 stars because some elements were Ok. However, if you are a tall person, suggest you keep looking.
