It looks exactly like the picture, it's just the right size for me to go sit on, I love that it can rock, and overall I'm very happy with this purchase at wayfair! After reading the reviews, the cream color is really not a velcro arm, and it's very easy to install!

Be aware that it doesnt match the photo description. We planned to use this for our babies nursery for feedings. However, the arms are flimsy and velcro on, which is mentioned nowhere in the description or apparent from stock images or customer images. I truly think people are reviewing different chairs. Its clear on others reviews that the arms and side pieces of the chair are one piece. The zippers on the arm zipper are also flimsy, and one arrived broken. Wayfair is giving us a very difficult time to do the return, telling us we have to pay to return ship and drop it off ourselves. Such a headache that I will now have to figure out with a manager in customer service.

I really like the design of it, it goes very well with my living room, my guests really like to sit in this chair every time they come over, the cushion is very thick and the footrest opens at a very comfortable angle. No problems so far, sits comfortably.

I was sent a different chair than I ordered! I had ordered two of these chairs last October. Although Wayfair quality is not the best, it was sufficient. My husband was going to have a big surgery and wanted one in his room, so i ordered the same chair again. When it arrived, I noticed the color was off, but didn't give it much thought. After it was set up and my husband sat in it, we noticed it was a different chair. It looked similar but, THEY TOOK LOW QUALITY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. I had to come back to my account to see if i had made a mistake, Nope, both purchases have the same picture and SKU number. I would have returned it immediately, except we are up there in age and can not lift it and had to wait for help to bring it into our home. So we are stuck with it. I am pretty disappointed. I do not reccommend

If you want a chair that looks pretty maybe. If you plan to actually sit in this chair the back is stiff and uncomfortable, the leg rest is awkward, the chair is very low to the ground, and the worst part are the Velcro arm rests. The arm rests will fall off if you look at them let alone use them.

I love the chairs but hate that the arms are velcro on. Feels unstable when I go to get up, also when grandkids try ti sit on the arm.

The price is reasonable for this item.

Love the chair. Size was great (I’m 5’1”)color was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint was putting it together!!!!! Even with a friend’s(strong man) help.Everything was such a “tight!” fit !!!! Over all 5

Im going to update my review after using it for a while, just put it together and it looks good!

So far so good, it's worth the price, the velcro is ok for me because I don't lean on my arm a lot so it doesn't really bother me, I like the beige color so much I'm going to buy a handful of them and the fact that it can be laid down with a single pull makes it very convenient!
