This couch is so comfortable. It took a bit for it to regain its fluff after being vacuum sealed. But, we love it!

Decent couch. Looks really nice but not the comfiest couch in the world. We bought pillows to put in the cushions for back support and that really made a difference! After adding the pillows, I am very pleased with the purchase. My other complaint is the delivery service. I made sure to order it to be delivered on my day off. They delivered the day before it was scheduled to arrive the day of an extreme flash flood in my town. It sat in a puddle in the rain for half a day and had to bring in heavy boxes in the middle of tropical storm Chantal. Cars were under water half a mile away from my house and they left my dang 800 couch out there to rot
