Instructions are horrible and parts don’t all match up…

I purchased 2 of these armoires and was shocked by how poorly designed the assembly process was. None of the parts were labeled, and the instructions consisted only of vague pictures—no written guidance or step-by-step clarity. The illustrations were so small and unclear that identifying the correct fasteners and holes was nearly impossible. All screws and hardware came jumbled in one large, unlabeled bag. It took me over 4 hours to assemble the 1st unit, and I had to make modifications just to get the backboard to fit. The 2nd took 2.5 hours only because I had already suffered through the first. I’ve assembled over 100 pieces of furniture in my life and usually enjoy it—this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Even once assembled, the quality is disappointing. The hinges aren’t soft-close, the doors and drawers creak, and the alignment is off, requiring force and finesse to open and close. This is especially frustrating because I bought these to store toys and dress-up clothes for my children—who now struggle to use them. Most concerning of all there were no wall anchors included. For a tall, heavy piece of furniture, this is a serious safety hazard. Tip-over risks are real and potentially deadly

None of the parts were labeled, and all hardware was dumped into one bag. The manual was useless without proper markings. I had to pay 130 for someone to assemble it. This wasn’t my fault, but Wayfair only offered a 10 coupon. Very disappointing.

Absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture! Very beautiful and functional with a hanging rod and two drawers at the bottom. Black metal door and drawer pulls included. Fairly easy to assemble and the directions were clearly written. Love it!

Big bang for the buck. Very pleased with this item. My husband uses it as a gaming station and it's just what he needed.

Perfect size and fits exactly where I desired. Would definitely recommend this armoire if you’re looking for extra space. The bar the clothes hang on isn’t very sturdy however still does what it needs to.

Overall, this armoire is a beautiful addition to the room. The design is elegant, and the finish is rich and smooth—definitely gives off a high-end look for the price. It offers a good amount of storage and feels sturdy once fully assembled. However, there are a couple of frustrating issues that keep it from being perfect. First, the hardware is a bit of a letdown—the screws provided are too short, making assembly more difficult than it needs to be. I had to replace them with longer ones to ensure a secure fit. Second, the drawer glides are finicky and don’t slide smoothly. They tend to stick or come off track, which can be annoying for daily use. If youre handy and willing to make a few adjustments, this armoire can definitely work. Just be prepared for a bit of DIY to get everything functioning properly.

I love this so much. Its great to keep my husbands work cloths in. He is a doctor and very picky in his clothes. Love the storage door below for extra items. The color is perfect for our home. Was a little tuff getting it together with out instructions. But all went well so happy with this item! Thank you WayFair!
