This is a beautiful chess board. Very pleased!

I bought 2 of these and the 2 matching oversized seats for my larger living room and they look great. They are also very comfortable which is always the risk online. The leather is not a thin film, its like orange peel thick and looks durable. The cushion and back rest stuffing are very full which helps with comfort, but what I think really sets these apart, though im not 100% sure as there is no mention, the frame also has springs in them. This is great for comfort and durability if so as it shield energy from heavy movement and impact but also provides mattress like coin support. Maybe wayfair or the manufacturer can confirm the springs. Im pretty sure I hear them but dont feel them which is what you want. Springs are not something you find in sofas at this price point.

So beautiful, it’s just as shown in the photo. It’s the perfect piece to put atop my new Wayfair coffee table. The bottom of the board and pieces are lined so no need to worry about scratches.

Looks really good on my living room end table. Will be put to good use, during those cold winter nights.
