My couches came damaged and with a missing piece i hope the manufacturer will reach out and send it

Love my Set! Love the lights and the phone charger, Plenty of storage, It reclines to a very comfortable position. The kids and I watched a movie everyone was comfortable The lights in the middle seat could of been placed in a better position. Delivery was great the lights and the recliners didn’t work but I pd for assembly so the guys trouble shoot until they found the manufacturer had wires crossed! But they got everything working I was Happy. Too bad they didn’t have this set in my fav color PURPLE!! Great buy!!!

Shipping and delivery was very smooth. Manny and Team did a great job with full service delivery, unpacking/setting up the sofa set on second floor, tested the reclining & other features of the sofa set and cleaned up all the packaging material.

This is a very nice set. The material is very nice. They quality is very good and I am very pleased. The delivery guys were the best. They were on time and very professional. They done an excellent job and cleaned up everything before leaving. Thanks for a great experience!

I’m missing an arm rest!. They set it up and left it as is… I didn’t notice cause I never got the chance to sit on it cause of my work, and I was moving an noticed it then..

My experience with Wayfair has been a terrible one. First was given a call 10 minutes before the delivery to let me know it was enroute to me, when I told the driver I wasnt there, he hung up in my face. Called them back and they didnt answer. I then placed a call to customer service and set the delivery for the next day, it was suddenly canceled with no explanation. At this point was I ready to cancel, called customer service and they applied a decent discount because the next delivery dates were at a disadvantage to me because I would be out of time and have to make some serious arrangements for delivery to happen. Furniture finally is delivered but it is missing a key battery adapter for the sofa to recline. It has been a month since I ordered and almost a month since delivery and I still havent received the proper piece for my sofa to recline. They have sent 2 of the same wrong replacement piece, after sending pictures and speaking with several representatives. Another replacement piece was placed for delivery and today, I received an email stating that the piece was canceled. At this point the sofa is not a recliner which is not what I paid for. Very disappointing, especially being my first order with them. (Picture I sent to show the sent replacement doesnt fit and cant plug into the sofa to power it).
