It came in a smaller than expected box with parts seemingly rattling around, but I guess everything was okay. My husband is good with assembly and didn’t have any problems with it. Perfect just what I needed for my small space to dump my load instead of on my dining table. I was looking for a while before I picked that one. I chose it because it had 2 shoe racks instead of one as most if hall trees and that rack where we can hang keys and masks as I always forget them. Plus it has 9 hooks which is just enough for a family of 4. I though I would need my husband’s help with it but decided to give it a try and built it within couple of hours by myself ( I had a baby and 3 yo roaming around so it might take you less time ) .
