This is very well made except for one thing. The bottom feet are rough and the screws could scratch your floors. I have called to see if they have any recommendation for this issue. Not heard back yet but in meantime I cut some black gripper strips and adhered them to the bottom. I love these though. They are worth the money. Very sturdy, classy looking, real leather and you could smell it when I opened the pkg. One tip is don’t open the chair up all the way before you put on top and seat. I love the mid-century modern look of these stools. They are sleek and the faux leather is a beautiful white/ivory color. The legs of the stools are not a brilliant gold color...more of a darker version of gold. We haven't test the durability of the stools as we are placing them in a newly built-not lived-in yet home.
