Lovely reclining sectional! My family is beyond pleased and enjoying the comfort of this lovely 5 piece sofa. We needed a sectional that came in pieces so as to fit through a narrow corridor going down into our basement. Wayfair customer service was able to answer how big the three boxes were and that the backs of the recliners are not assembled. This was perfect for our situation. Delivery crew was amazing and delivered as scheduled. My family and I opened the boxes and carried to our basement and assembly took me about an hour. Directions were good - would have been great if the pieces (backs especially) were labeled as in the diagrams. Not a big issue - I laid out all the pieces and it just took a little longer to fit all the pieces together (especially which backs go where). I was able to do the assembly and appreciated how thoughtful it all comes together. The seats are very comfortable. There are three recliners and two power cords. The right side recliner has a short cord and the left side has split for the two recliners with a longer cord which is what we needed to reach the outlet. I was able to hide the cord behind the sofa back cover (every sofa back has a flap on the lower part of the seat that seals with velcro) so there is no tripping hazard or exposed cord (see photo). The beige fabric is very pretty, almost tweedy and feels soft like a chenille. The seats are all comfortable and feel well padded. The only part that is not very secure is the console back. I put the "plugs" part "O" as they are referred to in the instructions, but the back of the console goes back with a push to it. Not sure how to securely have it in place? As it is not a seat/someone to sit there, it should not be a big issue but I will reach out to customer service and see what they recommend. Maybe I missed something? I give it a 5 for looks, comfort and design but a 4.5 for instructions and parts not being labeled along with console back issue. I am hoping customer service can help me when I reach out to them.
