The loveseat looks as expected. Very soft fabric. Easy assembly. I’ve seen other reviews say not to pay for assembly and I would agree 100%. I do think it is overpriced for the quality. The loveseat is small and will be a nice guest bed when we need it, I probably wouldn’t use it for my everyday lounging/TV watching. The throw pillows are flat and flimsy. Ordered the Green color sleeper sofa. It's beautiful. Just as seen online(color of my picture of the whole sofa is a little different due to the evening lighting) . Just right for my small living room area. It is very firm, but to me that means it shouldn't get saggy quickly. The chaise piece has a lot of good storage space. Love the pillows that come with the sofa. It came in 2 boxes, 1 box on per week. Didn't expect the sofa to come in 2 shipments. Unfortunately, for my sofa the brackets on some of the end pieces were either incorrect or turned the wrong way. I had to use my drill to unscrew some connecting brackets and re-screw them to the proper piece or in the proper way. What helped me see the correct placement of the brackets was the schematics on the assembly instruction. The workers who prepare these pieces really have to be more careful.. Anonymous. I needed a heavy duty fold down sofa that would hold up to everyday wear and tear. This sofa has very rugged material. It’s basically a very firm mattress. It almost reminds me of a long school bus seat. The springs are very firm and a bit bouncy. Definitely not the most visually appealing but I think this will hold up very well, especially for it costing under $1,000. The arm rests do not feel very secure. You will not be able to move the couch using the arms, but it can be used without the arms on it if need be. My husband slept on it last night with the puppy and he said it was very comfortable. I will say, he prefers very firm mattresses due to back surgery he had years ago. The material is stapled in the back (see pic).
