I ordered square and they sent round. Now they want me to pay to return them. I thought Wayfair was better than that!

Well I haven’t been able to install these yet but they are very nice. They aren’t hollow in the middle like they usually are so I’m not sure how easy they will be to cut or fit into the connectors but the look is nice and as described Update these actually are hollow they have little plugs on both end. These plugs can always be flipped upside down and used like connectors which would’ve saved me money on connectors had I known. Very happy

they are good quality and well made. definitely more an outdoor baluster. I was intending to use these inside however may look a little funny

These were perfect for our indoor banister. I also had a great customer service experience. Some of the spindles were slightly damaged upon arrival, and I had replacements shipped to me within a few days. Would definitely recommend!
