Not use it yet. We are installing this unit in our new cabin this spring. Will keep you posted. My husband has installed these for his customers and they really like it. So we got one for our cabin.

The heater is well made and as it isn't installed yet I can't say how it works. My problem is Not enough info was available on the site when I bought it. I bought a much larger unit than I need. I don't remember seeing there were 3 sizes available.

Works great but didn’t realize it was only 70 efficient.

I have a woodstove but I needed a propane heater when the winds are up high I cant turn on the log Stove but the heater worked very wellI

I purchased 2 heaters 1 was 11000 btu's and the other 17000 btu's they do not work. Will not heat and 1 keeps shutting off after 15 minutes.

Unit works great , but should have a fan.

So far with the initial hickup with one of the heaters, it's been working fine. The heaters are good so far, I bought 3 yr extended warranty. Hope to see more choice of propane convection heaters/fireplace at Wayfair.

I had a licensed propane installer install my propane wall mounted 17,000 btu Ashley Hearth heater in the new winterized cabin I built. I am very disappointed with the unit. From the start, it has been extremely difficult to start, Now, it does not start at all. I haven't been able to find an Ashley Hearth web address that works. I myself will consult with the installer again and next week will again attempt to find an Ashley support person. In the meantime, I would not at all recommend purchasing this unit. If you have any way of putting me in touch with an Ashley support service I would be grateful.
