I am a 68-year-old retiree building my own home as an owner builder. Had I used a general contractor it would have cost me $300,000 to $400,000 more to get the home I want. I've never hung doors in my life and this kit made it very straightforward. I had to make a couple of adjustments to account for the magnetic strike and the rubber corner pieces but other than that it went in quite easily.
