Blueair 400 Series Particle Filter

I have owned my dehumidifier for several years and have replaced scores of blue air filters. I don't know why sellers insist on writing reviews ? I like it that's why I buy it !

Received new filter, replaced in unit and within hours a foul odor started to fill the air. Like stale alcohol. Turned off purifier and the smell went away. Turned back on and the same odor filled the room again.

We had waited quite awhile to change the filter and when we did, it made a huge difference. I put it one a subscription and now we won't let it get this bad again.

Works well but not when it is impossible to find replacement filters in Norway! If they do show up, they are ridiculously expensive. Considering buying a different air purifier because of this. It has been like this for a very long time.

I just inserted the new filter so I cannot tell you how great it is. However the filter I removed was quite dirty so it appears to be doing a really good job. Time will tell for sure. It’s very easy to change and just go about your day.
