Instructions for installation are hard to understand. Other than figuring out what to attach where it’s a big improvement over the old wood stairs it replaced.

I thought this product was what I needed, and it was, but the product itself was poorly constructed. Maybe a better research into the company that made this product is warranted.

Great looking functional ladder, very hard to open and close at first, we are still trying to work it to open more smoothly. But a great way to save space in the garage, where we have the attic opening.

Ladder is very heavy but I love that it has handles at the top to assist. Next time I’d do the motorized version.
