84"H Solid Pine Wood Unfinished Barn Door with Sliding Hardware Kit

I will NEVER purchase another thing from a company that will not stand behind their product. I purchased this barn door in September 2024… it was put together and hung in mid October since this was for an addition. Within the first month we noticed space between one of the slats and by the end of December there were several areas on the door where the slats had gaps. The wood has shrunk so much that there is now large gaps between the slats. I spoke with customer service several times and they went through the company that provides the door and they stated that it was out of the 30 day time so they would not give me a store credit or replace the door. Wayfair would prefer to standby their suppliers who provide them with inferior product than to standby their customers. They told me that next time I should think about buying extra protection unfortunately there will be no next time cause I will never trust the company that does not stand behind their product or their customer 

Just what we needed in our new house. Easy to assemble and easy to hang. Looked good and works great.

Just now putting door up and realized the track is missing all other parts are there. Love the door. I'm trying to figure how to go about getting the track 6 ft for 32 inch door

Liked it very well was able to stain it. Easy assembly. Good quality. I would recommend. Im also getting another one fir my bedroom

These look absolutely amazing! Easy to assemble! And can look very modern without the diagonal pieces! Great quality!

Final Update - Wayfair stepped up to make things right. We truly appreciated their efforts. I still warn people to read the reviews as warping seems to be an issue, (and it takes time to warp) - the warranty is only 90 days. These doors were installed correctly but we are in a very dry climate. In any case, we are pleased with the outcome, we just wish the manufacturer would stand by their product with a longer warranty. UPDATE: We purchased these doors in September and hung them about the time of the first review - within a few weeks. As said in the original review below, we love the wood, they were as described and easy to install. The BIG PROBLEM is that within a couple of months, these doors have warped badly. They both warped, one badly, outward and looked terrible. So, we turned them inside out and now cannot open without pulling incredibly hard and then they scrape the floor trim. These were INSTALLED as DIRECTED using the floor guides. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Because this took a couple of months for them to warp, Wayfair does not offer a return or replace option so we are out the money and had to purchase alternative doors. UPDATE 2 - After writing this update and because we have purchased a lot from Wayfair over the last year, I decided to call. I was told that there was a warranty so they probably could do something. I was put on hold so the rep could contact the manufacturer. I was then told that yes, they hoped they could do something. I was sent a message and asked to send more pictures which I did immediately. I then received an email saying they needed more pictures and that we needed to take them off lay them down. I sent the pictures but asked for this to be escalated since once we take the doors down, they will not be put back up. Today, I receives a message from the Wayfair Resolution Team saying that they can't be sure that we installed them correctly, that the warranty was only 90 days which we are beyond, and so nothing can be done. They made matters much worse saying something could be done and then shutting it down. Very badly handled and will make us think about closing our multiple account. Original Review The wood is beautiful, the track was easy to install. One note: we needed the doors to pull farther to one side so we ordered the longer track. This gives us an extra 4-6 inches opening to one side. Worked perfectly.

The barn door was simple to assemble. The installation instructions were easy to follow. I am pleased with the quality of the hardware and door. I'm incredibly happy with the quality of the barn door and my purchase.

Love, love, love! This door is solid pine. Didn’t turn out as dark as the rest of our interior doors. But solid and the tracking is sturdy. Really like the door handle that comes with it. Great buy! 1010
