Great find and perfect fit for our fireplace. It’s a nice weight so I am not to concerned about it tipping. If I had little ones or a large dog may need to pick something else. Safety first.

It’s absolutely beautiful, heavy and great quality. It looks very shiny gold in the photos but is actually a more mat deeper finish. I was afraid it would be too gold, but when I read the reviews, some mentioned that it was a deeper brass like finish. This is why I purchased it and am so pleased I did. So very happy I did! Its very classy

I like this but it is not as shiny in real life. It's more like a bronze which doesn't suck unless you wanted a shiny, gaudy gold one to match the new gold commode in your bathroom.

Perfect way to block a fireplace from small pets.

Doesn’t stand straight and the directions lacked details which way to attach the legs.
