Danby 10000 BTU Energy Star Window Air Conditioner for 450 Square Feet with Remote Included

I purchased this Danby window air conditioner, and the serial number printed directly on the unit is being rejected by the manufacturer’s (Midea’s) recall and warranty website. Despite multiple attempts to contact both Danby and Midea, I’ve received no real help. The recall process leads nowhere, and support won’t honor the warranty because their system doesn’t recognize my valid serial number. Very frustrating experience. I expected better quality control and customer service from Danby. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Very nice and cool. Looks great. I connected it to my phone and its so easy to control. I dont even use the remote. Its fairly quiet and seems to be great quality. I got 10000btu when only needed the 8000btu so it seems to cool the large master bedroom easily.

Excellent product and easy to assemble and install.

The item is fine. But it took them 7 days to deliver whereas it was a next day delivery order, in the middle of a heat wave too. Not buying anything off of wayfair anymore.

Delivered within 48 hours in perfect condition and at a competitive price. Very satisfied with the product so far. Quiet, sleek and convenient (many functions, including Wi-Fi capability). Particularly surprised with the remote, there is nothing cheapo about this product. Very nice app on App Store. Honestly, if it doesn't break, one cannot ask more for that money. I paid 370+tx CAD.

The A/C works perfectly and the best part - it’s so quiet! I have it in my living room next to where I sit and I have no problem hearing the tv or having a conversation. My 2 bedroom unit is fairly open plan and it does a good job of cooling off the whole apartment. Very happy with my purchase!

Great product. Haven't had it up and running long....but just as described if not even better. Very happy with this purchase and has a sleek look in comparison to other units.
