Junk, first item came , didnt even turn on, second replacement came cracked and broke! I want my money back.

haven't used it yet, but it seems to work. It came with the box with some tears and when I opened it, the front of the device is scratched and has a mark like in the photo.

Product was not well packaged and it came with some scratches and dent. With you are buying because of Wi-Fi mode just be careful. It doesn’t work with 5GHz protocol. It only works with 2.4GHz, which is already outdated. Remote control and power cord colors are white instead of black and it does not make any sense at all. If I knew these details I would never buy this AC. Disappointed.

Unit itself works great but the lack of instructions for the set up and placement in the window is outrageous. Quick set up and owners manual were equally useless. Danby Youtube video skipped half the steps and I am getting no response from Danby after several emails. Sorry, I don't have time to wait on the phone for an hour either. Would not buy future Danby products moving forward. Outrageous service.

Its ok for a single room but I tried using it to cool off my livingroom/kitchen/dinning area.. its a small 2 bedroom apartment in my opinion and it just didn't cool it off enough and that was before the big heat wave hit , also keep in mind that the area i tried cooling off was smaller than it says it can cool off. I sold it to a neighbor for their bedroom

Works great, not very loud, easy to set up. Keep in mind it is a heavy unit, some might find it easier to set up with two people, but it has wheels so its only when going up or down stairs you have to worry about.
