It took a month to receive this item .

I didn’t check this out when it arrived. So that’s on me. It stayed in box in my garage until last week. So I can’t expect you to replace it. But I have ordered so much from you and consider myself excellent customer. The fireplace has shipment damage but thought I could use it anyway. After putting it together we couldn’t keep the fire lite. We tried all the suggestions in the book. Nothing worked. Very disappointed! I will probably continue shopping with you this has been my only let down! Sandy

Even more beautiful then I thought

Although it arrived a week late it was in perfect condition. It works and looks great! Perfect for what we needed.

Love the fireplace. If I could change one thing it would be the batteries, but still love it.

Showed up damaged and the color was more yellow than picture shows.

I bought 1, it would not light. Wayfair replaced, the new one would not start either. It actually cost me more in repairs, and it was only working-ish. Not even sure it deserves 1 star.

I was told this would be coming with a remote and I called to verify and was still told that a remote was included but no remote and now it cannot be wired for a remote. Disappointed

The box was obviously dropped because the corner of the mantle was bent and broken. The color was more yellow than the picture indicated as well. While the box wasnt damaged it looks like the mantle was damaged before it was put in the box! What a hassle!!

It looks fairly well but is made from pressed wood not the real thing that I understood.
