We hadn't used our old fireplace for years for air quality and safety reasons, and it was just an empty space in our bedroom. Now we've got a warm and cozy fire again thanks to Dimplex, and there's no smoke or ash. The illusion of a real fire is amazing, and the heater warms up the room. My wife hates to be cold, and this is just the ticket. Fit perfectly into our existing space and looks great.

Received this yesterday and installation is a breeze as the assembly is minimal. Love the effect it gives and is a huge improvement on our old Diplex ( 15yrs old). My only complaint and the reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars, is after ordering online it was impossible to track and after 4 emails I got no answer. I eventually had to contact the technical department by phone to get the status of my order. It arrived really well packaged and no damage, however a reply to my emails would have at least reassured my concerns.
