Love the sliding door but both the written and video instructions are confusing and just plain unhelpful. The instructions try to adopt one (model) size fits all approach and do not provide any good measurements to follow.

These doors are beautiful. Had to call the company as it was confusing regarding rough opening. To put it simply, the finished opening size is to be the exact size you are buying.

Beautiful doors, they were missing some of the leveling pins. We found some in the box that had been shook out during transport. The boxes were torn up during delivery and some of the metal was exposed but fortunately everything was okay. You have to call for clear installation directions, but the company is helpful. Overall I would purchase again, it would be nice if the doors came with handles.

I received my merchandise in a timely manner. The delivery guys were very helpful and polite. They put my merchandise where I needed it to be.

Shipping was a joke, first time delivering that didn’t have all the packages. Then today is was suppose to arrive 1:30-5:30pm. Call me at 4:30 and says will arrive in 40 minutes. Then I call him back at 6:00 he lies and says I will be there in 7 minutes. 30 minutes later I call and he give me excuses. Arrived 1 hour later. Never will I order from Wayfair again.
