Trim Kit

Fast shipping! Good quality. I couldn’t give it a 5 because it is not a good fit and the directions were not clear. We did make it work, but not an exact fit. I did get assistance from wayfair to get the right size for our fireplace opening.

From the moment i received a case to an over a week later still waiting in my refund it has been a horrible experience. I ordered 1 but got a huge box filled with trim kits. I called immediately to get them picked up as I did not pay for them and the box was blocking the hall, another tenant in a wheel chair could not get by. I spent 4 hours in the phone that first day, no one came. I called multiple times over the next 3 days and finally someone picked it up. I was promised a refund for the hassle and am still waiting. The initial refund was 59 cents!! It has now been 3 days since the pickup and I am still waiting. From beginning to end, not a good experience.

Love this product just a little big will try to order next size down.
