Perfect fit. Heavy duty

While I was pleased to find the product with you, no one else seemed to have it, and now that it is in , it works beautifully, I was disappointed that online it appeared to come with necessary parts that were missing. I had to order the sleeve extra and as we were installing it, we realized we were supposed to order the back also. I think it should be made clear that the heat pump is not ready to install as shown.

The sleeve arrived on delivery date, well packaged and undamaged. It fit the Koldfront thru the wall AC with just a small adjustment.

The company definitely needs to use a stronger grade of cardboard packaging for this sleeve. There is a sturdy foam lining around the perimeter of the box, but the cardboard is not heavy enough to keep everything in the box. The box is pretty well shot upon delivery with the parts sticking out. The delivery man even asked if I wanted to keep it. This was the second one I received; the first was in worse shape and was returned. Fortunately nothing had dropped out. The sleeve itself is good.

Easy to install. AC unit fit nicely in the sleeve. Easy to assemble.

The sleeve has been installed into the wall and A/C put in. The included trim piece does not contact the wall around it's edge. There is a 3/4 inch gap. We made sure the A/C unit is all the way to the rear of the sleeve. I even removed the foam strips at the inside rear of the sleeve hoping the A/C would slide further back. But this did not help.

As advertised. Easy to assemble. All measurements were exact. Bought a Koldfront AC so obviously compatible.

It's hard to review something without moving parts. The sleeve is constructed out of reasonably thick steel with a very good enamel coating. Assembly was straightforward, taking about 30 minutes alone, could be 10 minutes with a partner keeping things together. The enamel made some of the screw holes a bit tight for assembly and I had to back the screw out, drive it in, back it out, back in until if fit. Not very sexy... Once assembled it was quite robust. One 'ding' on the product. It came with blocking plates so you could theoretically remove the back grill and put on the plate in Winter, or totally close up the sleeve if you removed the unit from the sleeve. The plates don't fit. or I could not figure out how they would be used while the sleeve was on the floor awaiting installation.

Works as expected; sturdy. Not much else to say about a sleeve.
