12,000 BTU Energy Star Window Air Conditioner with Remote and WiFi Control

Love it because I dont have to give up my whole windows for it..Cools good

It throws error codes and doesn't work correctly. It makes a loud humming noise. We have only been using it for 3 weeks.

Five months after the fact, and the unit is making a very loud noise inside like something is hitting the fan. At first I thought it was a bug and that it would "just go away". It's been weeks and if anything it has gotten worse and louder.

We just installed this air conditioner and am changing my original rating. At first it didn’t cool that well enough but after using it for a week, it is cooling just fine. It is fairly quiet - like having a sound machine. We keep it on medium speed. I like the profile of this as it hangs mostly below the window and doesn’t take up too much “view” space. I am very happy with this purchase!

The air conditioner is very beautiful, easy to use, and extremely quiet. They have a low profile, which makes it very nice to look at the window. What a dust tend to collect in the back reservoir.

First time using this type of ac and honestly it’s has been amazing! Looking to purchase a second unit !!

I received the item but doesn't work. I called for replacement but it’s out of stocked and can’t be deliver not till October.? I was told to make sure the item that need to be return be outside by 8am for the fedex pickup that I was supposed to get return label in my email but never send me one and the item still outside in my porch since Friday July 12,

Wow and WOW! This unit is so efficient and I can see out of my window! Works so well.. and so quiet! I just think the idea is genius! Great! Great Product!!!
