Very unhappy with the unit. Was supposed to be new, but when unboxed, it was very dented. Installed the unit and it won't blow any cold air at all. Fan won't move at all. It's a piece of junk. Probably someone's returned unit that was resold as new. Won't be purchasing another. I had good faith in the GE name, but not so much anymore.

So far it works just as expected, love the color and low noise

Installation was easy, is very quiet. Remote works well.

My apartment feels like a refrigerator. Just the way I like it during the summer.

Pretty decent for the price. Love that it comes in black. Hard to find good A/C in black. Matches my windows. It gets the job done.

I love the fact it comes in black and there are very few brands who sale anything other than white. The issue comes with the reliability of the unit and how it does not want to cool down the small room it is in, other times it’ll turn it into an icebox. Nothing changes outside or inside, temperature wise. The unit also wants to cycle on and off repeatedly when using any of the eco or auto modes which causes them to just be worthless.
