It is not fair to ask for a star rating for this particular product when I only received this order by FedEx 20 minutes ago. Hence, I will give a one star for the inaccuracies on the part of Wayfair asking these questions. Updated to 3 stars due to an issue i had with the vent hose, it was very stiff and when expanding it, the hose gave way in multiple points even with gently trying to open it out. Waifair refunded 25% so i could purchase another hose from their site. Great customer service. I tested the unit out and it worked fine, not very loud either.

I love this heater! It is everything I expected and then some. I will be using it to heat one of my greenhouse’s. Wayfair had the best price and free shipping. It even got here earlier than expected. Thanks so much.

Seems really good besides the first startup being super smokey seems to work good now

This unit, the TB2 is wicked. Take it out of the box, hook up hoses. Add some Fuel,Push ON with the Remote. After 1min and a half you will hear a ticking, that's the fuel pump. By the 2 min (ish) mark you'll see slight exhaust. A min or so later heat has begun. Very quiet. Compact. Price was good, shipping was fast, Wayfair had just what I needed. (I used a small lithium battery pack to power it up. I don't know the details on the power but it worked lol)
