Jasso 40'' Single Bathroom Vanity with Ceramic Top

The top of the vanity was in tact without any issue. The base was a MESS: the back rail which supports the sink top was cracked, the drawer glides were off on one side but on for the other, and there was ZERO padding or styrofoam around the box to protect it. Wayfair customer service has not been helpful either....they initially said I would receive a replacement by a certain date and then the next day said it would take an extra week (it also took three weeks to be delivered in the first place). The option for a full refund is unfeasible seeing as the product is in multiple parts and the box had to be cut open in order to see the full extent of the damage. I requested an 80% refund to allow for repurposing the drawers as planter boxes but Wayfair was unwilling to accommodate me. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the product and service.
