LAZ Black Steel Guide Sliding Barn Door Floor Guide Wall Guide With Bottom Adjustable Roller (Set of 2)

We are using these guides on interior doors and chose them specifically because they are wall mounted (we have concrete floors). The brackets and rollers are sturdy and attractive black metal. The rollers have a plastic cover to protect the door finish. As the specifications show, when mounted the door will be 1 1/4" from the wall. If you want it closer, you will have to remove the inside roller. The product quality and appearance is excellent, especially for the price. We purchased enough brackets for four doors and would gladly purchase the same product again. Please note in our photo that we are still in construction mode! This bracket will look totally awesome when the base boards are in and the door stained.

These were perfect for my barn door. I had to reverse the rollers to mount below the door threshold.

Well made heavy duty steel. Rollers are adjustable for different door thicknesses. No need to rabbet a groove in the bottom of the door. Great option when installing a barn door over a carpeted surface as the unit mounts to the baseboard or wall.

Do you need these, just saying. Very sturdy hardware and you can’t have a barn door without these.

I bought for indoor barn doors , my thought was to sturdy them up as they came with plastic guides and this was perfect. These guides are heavy metal and very high quality .

Easy to install but the adjustments can be tricky as the nut likes to pop off.

Exactly what Ive been needing!! The original guide hardware that came with my barn door mounted on the floor, and I have a tile floor. This is perfect because it mounts to the wall or baseboard and I dont have to drill a hole into my tile floor. Items were packaged very nicely and included all tools and hardware needed for installing and adjusting the guides. I couldnt be happier with these barn door floor guides!!!

These are good and beefy. They are adjustable so that is prefect. They are heavy. They will look great and work perfectly for my door when it is built. I would recommend buying these if you are putting in a barn door
