Madelyn Carter Aluminum Vent Cover

The decorative top of these registers break very easily. They are not durable and I would not recommend for a floor. The top is not metal, but plastic. The description is misleading.

Replaced the old vents with this beauty! Complements the traditional decor and the workmanship is excellent. I have purchased 2 prior to this for a separate room and look forward to replacing the existing ones in the future. You will not be disappointed.

I bought 7 of these and one has snapped in two spots within the first month, just from someone stepping on it. They are expensive enough that I expected them to last. edit: most of these are broken now from being stepped on
