This vanity is beautiful and plenty sturdy, if you're lucky enough to receive one without damages. My original order had 2 missing screws and 3 damaged panels, 2 of which were the door and front panel, which would be on full display in my bathroom. I was originally very pleased that Wayfair was willing to send me replacement parts for just those damaged pieces so I didn't have to worry about shipping anything back to them. The replacements I received were packaged VERY well to avoid any damage during transit, but did not fit the vanity that I had ordered. The color/finish was different, and the pieces were slightly different in shape/size and screw holes. Nothing lined up - it was clear that the pieces were for a slightly different version of this vanity - perhaps the one that comes with a sink, I am not sure. I proceeded to order replacement parts 3 more times, and each time, I received the same incorrect parts that did not fit. I finally asked for an entirely new vanity to be shipped and I would return the first + all replacement panels (9 at that point), and Wayfair agreed without protest. I received a new vanity, and the same 3 pieces were damaged as my original order. I'd expect they need more padding in their shipping boxes. At this point, I was unable to request any additional replacement pieces through my Wayfair account. I had to reach out and wait for an agent to help me, and they deferred me to the manufacturer directly to handle. I received an email from the manufacturer, via Wayfair, after 2 business days, and they wanted to confirm which panels I had issue with. I provided photo evidence, and also expressed my experience with receiving incorrect replacement pieces MULTIPLE times, after clearly communicating and photographing the issue. They offered to ship me ANOTHER complete vanity, and this time it arrived without damage. This process took me overall about 45 days to get an undamaged product. This was an extremely frustrating process, and Wayfair appeared to have very little control over what the manufacturer was sending me, but customer service was very helpful every time and was always kind and sympathetic to my experience.

I ordered this vanity and it arrived damaged - marked up and the veneer peeling. I ordered a replacement and it was in worse condition than the first. It is very poor quality and will not stand up to even light use.

Scratches immediately visible straight from the box. The hinges are on the left side of the cabinet, the handle is also on the left side of the cabinet. The cabinet handle hole was pre-drilled so I now have a vanity with a handle on the left side and hinges on the left side. Unhappy is an understatement.

The Modway bathroom vanity was a great choice for my small bathroom. It’s solidly constructed and was straightforward to assemble. Very please with the quality, look and function.

We haven't assembled it yet although it looks like it will be beautiful when we do. Some hardware was missing from the package and we've contacted the company for replacement. Will update when we get a response.
