Great little compact AC unit. I wish that the window cover had more adjustment because the piece that covers the open window crack is a little short in some windows and with the extension piece it’s a bit long. But great other than that.

Perfect for my small bedroom space and really cools my room, love that it also works by remote so handy!!

I have had this unit for over a year. Really doesn't cool the room, which is 11 x 12 - really should have gotten a bigger BTU. It helps cool my office, but could be better.. After two years it went out. I was happy that I purchased a warranty for the unit. The warranty company made my purchase good and refunded my money.

It was okay The dehumidifying mode didn't work very well

i was actually surprised with how cold this gets. i haven’t had a compact unit since i was a kid and i always thought it was just a big fan. I recommend this to my family. i used to turn on my AC before bed to cool down the bedroom and it was pricey. this makes it much more affordable to cool down a single room. it’s not quiet but i don’t sleep with normal AC on anyways cause i’m a light sleeper.

This unit is LOUD and just okay. There’s no way to sleep while this is running. It is very compact and easy to install. It works great if you’re sitting in front of it - but doesn’t really keep an entire room cool.

It really cools my room & it doesn’t seem like it 100 degrees outside.

Arrived on time, perfectly packaged, easy instalation. It cools the area as described. I did not give five stars because the window kit was too short. Also, I wish there was a third, lowest/more quiet setting for the sleep mode. As is I have to cool the room, then shut it off to be able to sleep.

Excellent little unit. Keeps my condo the perfect temperature. Isn’t very loud and easy to move around if needed
