Works great! Cools down quickly.

Awful. We’ve used a portable AC for many years and wanted to upgrade to one that would be more aesthetically pleasing and a bit quieter. This unit has been a nightmare; we purchased THREE between spring-summer of last year and only ONE is working. Multiple issues have included units not working upon initial delivery, blowing fuses (yes, surge protectors have been used and outlets have appropriate power supply to support an air conditioner, as they did with our prior model without incident), loud noises coming from the unit, error messages stating the machine needs to be drained that persist after emptying, and the list goes on.. Wayfair customer service and the manufacturer have been wildly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase, especially from Wayfair.

This is a great air conditioner. Easy to set up..cools down a moderate sized room. This is my 2nd one I've ordered. The only down part was shipping. It took almost 6 days to go from Anaheim California to San Diego CA after it was shipped. That's a 90 min drive. It was shipped Fed Ex.

This is awful. Looks nice and you can feel cool air if you’re standing right in front of it. But it does not cool the room in general at all. I lost two renters due to this! Want to return!

This is an excellent choice of A/C. Highly Recommend!

Fan on a/c not working properly. I called NewAir this morning. They were very nice. I believe they are going to send me a new air conditioner.
