Obsoletely horrible experience with Wayfair! This the 2nd time the order was botched, wrong doors sent, and Laura the Manager at Wayfair was inconsiderate, unhelpful and condescending. This is how you loose your stakeholders/customers. I will make sure not to shop and advise everyone that I know not to use your services. Unbelievable how a senior manager can talk to customers that way. To add, the other French doors that I ordered only had one door delivered. So that is 3 orders damaged, missing, or wrong. I would not recommend shopping here.

Purchased these doors for my remodel and were very pleased with their quality. My contractor said they were solid and very good quality. I replaced old hollow core oak doors and these doors were such a great update.
