Love this ac. Its perfect for what I needed. I didn't realize it was a heater, too. There are a lot of great features,like the ability to preset a timer to turn the unit on and off. I am beyond happy. I did have to get an electrician over to change out the outlet, but it was a simply job.

Although it is a little loud, it is fantastic! The “follow me” feature on the remote is awesome and helps keep the entire room cool, not just the area around the actual air conditioner. Having a heater and air conditioner in one is well worth the money spent.

Placing 4 of these through a block wall in a 3,000 sq ft hall was the perfect solution instead of central air at $25,000.00.
