Willow 20'' W Natural Gas / Propane Fireplace Logs

The price is right for a complete venting system. After researching online, unlike many gas logs the Willow Natural log set has 6 logs for the 18" size purchase. The logs are larger and offer different configurations to offer a real visual fire experience. I gave it 5 stars for quick delivery, quality of product and pricing.

Getting ready to install

I looked everywhere for affordable 24” vented fireplace logs. These are awesome! Our gas attachment and burner was already hooked up and we had a rack, so we didn’t set that part up. The rack and attachment is very nice, I will hold onto it incase we ever need to replace ours.

The fireplace logs fit in my fireplace but they are larger than I expected them to be. The accessories are very nice and give the glowing Fire a very realistic look. It was easy to install.

I was interested in just replacing my old, small logs but decided to get the bigger logs and burner set. The box arrived very quickly and I was able to get the old, dirty system removed. I only need a few different wrenches to install the new system. Parts of the instruction manual were a little harder to follow, but after reading it a few times it was basically an easy process. My only real disappointment was when I was arranging the vermiculite and stones. I was sent a bag of lava rocks and two bags of vermiculite but there was no bag of “glowing embers” in the box. I ended up having to buy these separately. But the new logs a burner use less gas and are much warmer than the 20 year old set I had. Overall pleased

Solid product but instructions for the infill would be helpful

Very heavy construction. We do have to cut the venting in the fireplace in order to use this, so we are returning it. The fireplace box is ventless and these logs require venting! It’s like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, they are not meant to go together.
