Wayfair overall is a reputable site. Sometimes the description is confusing and or the picture doesn't do the item justice.

Good replacement

Perfect! 5 mins to install. It is sturdy and looks good. If anyone says it is bad because it doesnt work on their door it is because they did not measure properly and look at their door before they purchased.

Our old one had worn out and was locking us out every time we went on the deck. This new one was perfect fit.

SO Beautiful for our sliding door! Just be aware it does not come with the lock for the door, it’s only the handles

I like the look and the quality but like others have stated it won’t stay in place. It must need some sort of anti-slip material added between the handle and the door. No matter how much I tighten the screws when I open or close the door from the inside the handle moves. Poor design that I’m stuck with.

These are handles only, no lock. I used my old lock & it's fine. This is strong strong handle. My large sliding door actually opens with less manual power. Definitely recommend
