All the hardware is missing from the box. I just got someone to put it up today and no hardware.i will never order from Wayfair again terrible customer service.

Door is beautiful. Do not like the fact that you have to use chainsaw to cut into bottom of door in order to complete install and accessories. Door should come with pre-drilled holes for accessories. Would not recommend this door to anyone.

The door looks great, but the instructions are not for the average homeowner. They were unclear and had missing information. Double check your studs before purchase; the door rail fits standard 16 inches studs, but, in my case, the house studs are a extra 5 inches from the door studs.
