Electronic Smart Door Lever with Arch Rosette

Unfortunately, I ordered some thing from your firm and then you ordered it from your vendor and your vendor had the wrong SKU number in their system so I got the wrong item. I called your customer service. They were great. They sent another unit out but of course again they sent the wrong unit because I guess they ordered it from the same vendor that had it wrong in their system. Unfortunately for me, I had a locksmith come out and install it and after it was done being installed then we figured out. It was the wrong unit, it looked like the identical unit, but it was item number 105 and what I ordered was item number 109 which had the wave Wi-Fi technology in it. So it was just a bummer but your customer service was very nice, hopefully we’ll sort out your vendor :-)
