Firman 5" Tampico Brushhead Fireplace Tool

I ordered two brushes in two different sizes. The incorrect one was returned and was replaced with the same sized brush??? They are rather skimpy and the bristles are plastic. I never received the 5" Tampico Brushhead.

Not Happy. Looked on wayfair site for 5 inch fireplace brush head. Read other negative reviews saying brush only 4 1/2 in when listing was 5 in wide. Sent email to David D at inquiry desk to verify brush was indeed 5 in. Recieved answer from David D 3 days later advising it was 5 in wide. Ordered that day and paid 26.00 inc shipping. After shipment arrived wrong size not 5 in. Applied for a refund and was given 14.00 of the 26.00 paid. Wayfair took both shipping charges out of my refund. Never again my friends. Very bad customer service. I know sounds like sour grapes. 1 star is high

Actually the brush is between 4 and 4 1/2 inches. The quality of the bristles is not as good as my old one. Not pleased with my purchase.

Needed 5 inch brush as advertised but when it came it was 4 1/2 inches not wide enough

Honestly, a waste of money. From what it looks like to what I got...thin bristles, falling out...would not recommend this replacement brushhead.

Worked on my fireplace tool and made it work like new.

Pretty small, not impressed. Thought it would be bigger...

Perfect replacement fit.!!!!
