I’m so heartbroken. I spent a total of $600 on this brand of hardware for my new kitchen. I thought it would be such better quality. I’ve had them installed for two months and the bronze is chipping off. They will not let me exchange them. They are so beautiful. It’s a shame that they’re not better quality.

Absolutely LOVE these drawer pulls! They look high-end but for half the price. The "Honey Bronze" color is actually a nice brushed/antique brass. I love that they came with two different screw lengths to ensure a perfect fit on any drawer width.

Ordered them in Chrome for our recently renovated laundry room and I love them. Well made and modern looking. Very happy I purchased them.

Product is good but birchlane hasn’t refunded me for returned product. It’s a nightmare. Worst customer service. If you work full time - it’s impossible to keep calling/ texting and emailing them to issue a refund if you use your own shipping method
