a heater that doesn't stop on the setting just keep running above the stetting Temperature 10 degrees at least till it stop . Thermostat cheap or very bad it didn't meet my needs .

Junk. Hardley heats at all. Cost to return was way too much and I had to drive a long way to return it. Will not shop at Wayfair again!

I unfortunately ordered this open box to save money, trusting that Wayfair would send one in good shape. It does not work at all, and now I'm apparently out the money and stuck with it. I did order one of these earlier (the regular way) and like it a lot. It's quiet and warms a room quickly. I would give the 1st one a 4-- a high score but it's a lot of plastic.

Arrived well packaged and works great. Purchased just in time for extreme cold weather. Love it!

The vornado space heater fan does not work. It appears to be defective from the factory. I have called to report this to your customer service department and requested a replacement of same. I was informed that a replacement would be provided, however I have not received a confirmation email. Please advise on the status.

Love it! It’s exactly what I was looking for. Vornado makes a great heater. It’s a quality product. I have another one that’s approximately 10 years old and still running perfectly. Also, Wayfair has the best selection and free shipping. I wouldn’t dream of buying anywhere else.
