Vornado Strata 18 in. 5-Fan Speeds Floor Fan in Black with Oscillation

This is my 1st Vornado purchase. I remember when the Strata 1st released. I thought it was a very interesting design and I was looking for a fan recently. I wanted a fan that had a small footprint which the Strata achieved. The speed selection is good and the 90° and 180° oscillation are a nice feature. The magnetic remote that attaches to the inside or outside is great for not ever having to worry about losing it. I would make future Vornado purchases.

Purchased two, returned both. No refund yet. Some things I liked, but fan simply moved very little air.

Turn it up for instant relief when coming in from yard work and then to whisper quiet after the needed cool down. The perfect fan. Period.

We just love this fan so very quiet. It is easy to put it out of the way and still it cools a room with out any sound .It is perfect for us .

Like the fan a lot especially because when i use it at night it's very quite @ low speed!

Unit is not quite as powerful as the older fans, but even on full blast it is 75% less noisy. Takes up less space on the floor.

I own numerous Vornado DC fans including towers. I have found this fan is the best of both worlds. It brings the cool air up from the floor and with the oscillating feature, it covers the whole room. Plenty of fan speeds easily controlled with the remote control. Would I wish for one thing....Yes, a 45° oscillation choice along with the 180­° and 90° choices.

I have really enjoyed using this Strata Oscillating Fan. It is excellent for circulating cool air through the room or from one room to another. It is exactly what I needed and I would buy again.
