- One size fits most: this heavy-duty door lever fits 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" doors. Square or radius latch faceplates and strikes and the latch that adjusts to 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backset: lever fits door prepared with 2-1/8” cross hole and 1” edge hole.
