This AC really made a difference in our home. It cools quickly & really pulls the humidity out of the air. It is used in conjunction with a window unit which couldn't handle the load. This unit made the difference. It's still going strong. I would buy again.

I did not receive the item. I ordered told it wouldn’t be any issue in returning it. Then I started getting text telling me one that I had to find a box to replace the one they shipped it in because that one came totally torn apart. I did not open it. I didn’t do anything to it. I don’t think I did was read the manual. It came with it to make sure it wasn’t what I ordered, I’m done with Wayfair

This thing pumps out serious air. The little unit in our bedroom wasn’t cutting it for our whole house during this crazy summer heat, but this unit is exceptional. I love that it has so many options and that it turns itself off once it hits the desired temperature. So efficient. And the noise doesn’t bother us. It’s in our living room and when it’s on it just sounds like a fan. The swing feature is great too and doesn’t make a peep. It’s also very sleek. That’s not a must-have for a functional AC unit by any means, but it’s a nice perk that when it’s in our living room it’s not a total eyesore. Ridiculously easy to install. Has left a tiny puddle of water on the floor a couple times when we’ve fun it for over 24 hours without stopping, but nothing major. We just wipe it up or put a small towel under it. It’s heavy so the wheels are great and make it super easy to move.

I already owned this make of air conditioner. I have had it for 7 years and it works wonderfully. This one is frigid and efficient. The price was excellent and the shipping was prompt. Thank you
