A Total Dud. Made my room feel like a swamp, did not change the temperature one bit, acts as a glorified fan, is as big as a medium sized refrigerator, and the badly translated instruction booklet refers to things that dont exist. Yikes!

So far so good. It’s a great size and quiet. It’s a keeper for me!

Sweats everywhere. Makes room incredibly humid. Soaked my carpet from condensation. Just buy the 500 AC. I am in northern Michigan and I thought this would keep me cool during the warmer months but I really regret buying this.

It is really big as expected it from the reviews here. It is an excellent humidifier, and it does cool the room by 1 c degree. It seems to be well built. I really like the humidified cool air. Recommend!!

The dog approves. This thing is BIG. I had seen some other comments that it was, and it lived up to those. I am okay with that. I like that air doesn’t just enter through the back, but from the sides as well. I have mine in my sliding doorway, so it can pull outside air inside. My building has regulated heat, and we just had a week of high 70’s. Also, with Colorado being a dry climate, it definitely increases the humidity. I would say it uses about 6-10 gallons of water a day. I don’t know if I will use it with the door closed. My condo is less than 700 sq ft, and this creates a lot of humidity. My last portable swamp cooler was about a third of the size of this one and that did great too. It just didn’t last. So we will see how this one holds up. I wish there was easy access to the water tank on this. I used to put the ice packs in the water at the bottom. The ones they provide don’t really fit the best in the top. I want to say the picture shows them using all 4 and you could but they won’t really touch the water. Lastly, it’s not heavy even though it is bigger.

It was not hard to put together and so far I am enjoying it however, for the average Joe, it would be lovely to have an instruction manual. I would like to manufacture to mail me one but great job getting it here on time after you failed me the first time and I appreciate that very much. Great customer service. I love Wayfair.
