24000 btu 110v DIY install. Unit arrived in 2 boxes. They arrived on two separate days. Wired to 110120v 20A industrial outlet and plug with the plug on a 20A breaker. Instructions could be better. Doesnt have a template for installing the inside unit so you will have to measure. Use a 2.5in bit for the hole in the wall. The pipe they supply to go in the wall hole will be too small if you use the suggested 70mm bit. Doesnt suggest a wire awg. Used 102 wire for power. Not enough insulation tape to wrap all 16 feet of line unless you use the tape very very sparingly. Flairs on the refrigerant lines are fine. Used Nylog Blue to help with the seal. Lines vacuumed pumped fine. No leaks. Condenser was not pre charged with 200lbs of refrigerant.This is an added expense. Condenser is not that big and also very quiet. WiFi seems to work fine. Fan blows strong from the inside unit. Air blows cold when on cooling mode. Unit drains fine. So far no pump needed with this unit to help drain the water. Seems to be a decent value for the money. Install is rather easy if you are a little handy. Can be done in a day.

This unit is very effective and energy efficient. I am very impressed.

Easy installation. Works great!

We installed this unit in the living room area of a small cape cod cape - 1500sf. Very happy with the purchase. One thing you should know, Wayfair should not offer installation (through Angies) because they will not do it for that price. It requires a lot of work. Just don't offer it.

Unit works and looka great. But it makes weird noises qhen its on heat.

So far this unit has been working great and I am happy I purchased it.

Lines weren’t charged so had to get an hvac guy to do it. The outside heat pump is whisper quiet and the inside works great. Definitely a good buy and glad I took a chance on it.

Mini split works fantastic!! I’m so happy with this unit. I purchased it for my elderly mother and she can finally have a cool home. We live in Arizona where it’s often 120 outside. Very fast shipping.

Still amazed at how guickly this cools down our shop. Best value ever!
