Seems to work for what I wanted. Bought to help central a/c cycle off in hot temperatures in upper floor of home. Before a/c ran without shutting off because thermostat is on upper level of house and lower 2 levels would be cold.

I haven’t used this ac yet. But I will tell any perspective buyers to measure your window and make sure the window kit fits. My window wasn’t wide enough. I reached out to the manufacturer. They responded right away and just told me to cut the sliding window adapter. Not that easy. It’s hard plastic. I’ve got my SIL working on it.

Easy to set up, and cools the room well. It’s quiet and compact. Only complaint is the window vent is strange. It’s an adjustable length but the heated air ends up blowing back in. I had to cut mine and put it in a smaller window and it fit better.

First I love the design. It’s just arrived and it have to be 24 hours before use. I can’t wait!

It does not get very cold. It only goes down to 60 degrees. It was not easy to install. I had to get my handyman to install it. I would not recommend it.
