Terrible! Unboxed my ac hooked it all up ready to cool my house down just for the unit to not be built correctly! The cool air was blowing the opposite direction! Would love to leave no stars at all! Waste of money

Cannot speak for the dehumidifier perspective but in terms of cooling If I could rate less than zero I would…Item does not cool anywhere close to the square footage mentioned

This unit really works great for my whole living room, dining room, and kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great deal!

I bought this during a heatwave we had. The BTUs and pricing convinced me to get it. I like that it is fairly quiet on full blast. I wish it did make my whole living cold to the point you need a sweater. I don’t think it truly felt like it ever got to 62 degrees. Somehow ice would form on the unit and shut off. Never has been an issue w our other units and didn’t know it was possible! It felt like we had to drain it 2x a week from the water quickly filling up. I do regret getting this one.

I'm loving this Zstar portable air conditioner product. It works great. And is efficient to cool down a large area of space. And I love all the features, that it comes with. The look is cool too .

This air conditioner builds up with ice. I have to defrost it every 2 days. Terrible. Does not work correctly.
