Received super fast, arrived in 3 large and very heavy boxes, all 3 boxes are in excellent condition. Unfortunately I cant set it up to give a fair opinion for a couple of weeks. Will update my review shortly.

2 very heavy boxes got delivered. Packaged very well and neat. I haven’t taken everything out yet but am very excited to do so. Got a college graduate this year and a high school graduate next year. Perfect time to purchase an outdoor party tent.

Very solid, very huge. Glad I got this and will definitely be used for many parties to come. Only thing is this will only let me load 1 picture at a time so I will have to upload more day by day. I don’t know why it only does 1 picture at a time

The 20x40’ Amerlife party tent with rolled sidewalls definitely is a must have for all your outdoor activities, events or to secure a vehicle from the elements. Easy assembly, well made and delivery on time. It’s easy to break down and store away, I definitely recommend this outdoor tent.

Im going to start by giving this five stars, although I have not assembled it due to the weather. Ive assembled multiple party tents and I can tell you this one is definitely going to hold up pretty good. The poles are definitely sturdy and the welds are really done well. Definitely will be able to take the weather. Wish I had actually assembled it before the cold weather. The vinyl sides and top are also why I gave it five stars without assembling it. Definitely will hold through the weather also I will not rip. I will update my review if anything changes, also be aware comes in two boxes one very large box and one medium one.
